The Arbors Estates is a gated, master planned community just outside the City of New Orleans offering a balance of “living spaces” and a forested nature preserve. Based on the concept of a Conservation Community, the essential design of the streetscapes and lots is to meld the new homes and custom homes into the landscape, not clear-cut the land and erect homes for sale.
This means that our residents will enjoy more natural green spaces, parks, water features, treed areas, natural walking and hiking trails, and two ponds which have already been established. We even installed water fountains in the ponds to mitigate the effects of the insects and for the enjoyment of our homeowners.
